I studied software engineering at the Hogeschool Heerlen and finished my final year project at CAE.
After finishing my education I joined the videogame industry in 1999 at Ikarion Software GmbH and worked multiple AAA-titles, including the 'sacred'-series, initially as lead developer and later as technical director at Studio2 GmbH.
Between 2009 and 2012 I worked at iOpener Media, a company which acquires real-time telemetry data which can be injected in real-time into other applications, for example video games.
I have broad knowledge of managing development teams and software development. My software development skills range from low-level C/C++ development to higher level languages like C# and ASP.NET.
